How a month goes

  1. Adding a $64.20 expense called Weekly groceries to Our Home, in the Groceries category.

    One of you adds an expense.

    The amount, a title and a category. It takes a few seconds, at the till or on the way home.

  2. The transaction list for Our Home. Each expense shows whether Sara or Adam added it, when, and its category.

    You both see it, with who added it.

    Every expense shows who added it and when, so nobody has to ask what a payment was for.

  3. Our Home's top categories this month: Groceries, Housing, Bills, Shopping and Food & Dining, out of $1,240 spent.

    You know what's left, and where it went.

    The budget moves as you spend, and your top categories show where the month's money is going.
